Morgan has a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management and is a rostered Family Mediator under Mediate BC and a member of Family Mediate Canada. Morgan is employed with the Federal Government as a Restorative Engagement Practitioner and works alongside Restorative Justice Victoria, facilitating dialogue between responsible and affected parties of sexual violence and crime. Morgan has a background in addiction services and has spent many years working with youth and families living with acute mental health challenges.

Morgan (she/her) grew up where the foothills meet the mountains of the wondrous Treaty-Seven territory in Alberta - home of the Siksika (Blackfoot), Tsuut'ina, Kainai, Piikani and Stoney-Nakoda Nations. Morgan now lives with her partner and two children as a humbled and grateful every-single-day guest on unceded territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.
