About Morgan
Morgan provides fair and informed services that work with parties to help them come to practical agreements. For families with children, Morgan encourages solutions that are in the best interest of the children and their development.
Prioritizing the family system as a whole, Morgan equips clients with the tools to manage difficult issues long after the mediation process ends. The goal is a healthy transition that preserves your ability to work together in the future.
Morgan has a Masters in Conflict Analysis and Management and is a rostered Family Mediator under Mediate BC and a member of Family Mediate Canada. Morgan is employed with the Federal and BC Provincial Government as a Restorative Engagement Practitioner and as a contracted mediator with NWT’s Family Resolution Program. She actively volunteers with Restorative Justice Victoria, facilitating dialogue between responsible and affected parties of sexual violence and crime. Morgan has a background in addiction services and has spent many years working with youth and families living with acute mental health challenges.
Morgan (she/her) grew up where the foothills meet the mountains of the wondrous Treaty-Seven territory in Alberta - home of the Siksika (Blackfoot), Tsuut'ina, Kainai, Piikani and Stoney-Nakoda Nations. Morgan now lives with her partner and two children as a humbled and grateful every-single-day guest on unceded territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.
